Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisors (Front of house) to lead our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring exceptional service and high standards of food quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations while fostering a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support the Front of House team to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
* Oversee daily operations, including reservations, seating, and service flow.
* Train, motivate, and supervise staff, ensuring high standards are maintained.
* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Carry out opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-presented Front of House environment.
* Work closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and monitoring usage.
* Support management in driving sales through upselling and service excellence.
Experience
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
* Previous experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
