Role: Marketing Manager (Pharmaceutical)

As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for defining product strategy in alignment with local leadership and global marketing. You'll manage end-to-end tactical execution to support brand growth while ensuring compliance and excellence in marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans aligned with budget.
* Lead Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
* Conduct and analyze market research to gather insights and anticipate trends.
* Manage the execution, monitoring, and analysis of tactical plans.
* Lead cross-functional brand teams and oversee Integrated Product Strategy Plans.
* Develop compliant promotional activities in line with SOPs and company policies.
* Monitor budgets, forecasts, and assess the marketing mix for efficiency and ROI.
* Drive regional and centrally initiated marketing initiatives.
* Continuously monitor product performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
* Ensure full compliance with company and regulatory standards.
