The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Data, AI, and Machine Learning hiring.
This role exists because our clients need recruiters who genuinely understand technical roles — not just job titles, but the detail behind them. You’ll work with engineering-led businesses who value strong recruitment partnerships and expect recruiters to operate as consultants, not CV-senders.
If you’re currently recruiting technical roles and feel under-recognised, over-managed, or boxed into volume-driven processes, this role is designed to feel different.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across Data, AI, ML, and Analytics roles
* Partnering closely with technically competent hiring managers to scope roles accurately
* Advising clients on market conditions, candidate availability, and hiring strategy
* Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
* Developing and growing your own specialist Data & AI desk
* Delivering high-quality hires rather than high-volume activity
Minimal admin. No KPI theatre. No “spray and pray” recruitment.

Who We’re Looking For
* Mid-level experience as a Recruitment Consultant
* Non-negotiable: technical recruitment experience
* Exposure to Data, AI, ML, or Analytics recruitment
* Commercially aware and comfortable managing client relationships
* Motivated by becoming a specialist, not a generalist
This is not a trainee or entry-level role.
