Job Description
We're currently recruiting flexible and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support a specialist SEN secondary school in Nuneaton. These roles are for day-to-day cover, with the potential to develop into long-term placements for the right candidates. About the role
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of additional needs
* Assist with emotional regulation, behaviour support and engagement in learning
* Support with communication, daily routines and classroom activities
* Be comfortable providing personal care where required
* Adapt confidently to different classes and learner needs
What we're looking for
* Experience supporting young people with SEN (SEMH, ASD, ADHD, learning needs etc.)
* A calm, patient and proactive approach
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Someone reliable, flexible and confident working across different settings
* A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their best
