First line IT Service Desk support - London S.E. - Office based Law Firm - 30-37k depending on experience This expanding law firm have a requirement for a first line support specialist. To be considered, applicants MUST have previously worked within professional services or ideally a Law firm or Legal MSP and must be local to London S.E. for this office based role. Experience IT support, service desk, or helpdesk work. Experience working within an ITIL framework (incident, request, change, problem). Be knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint). Familiarity with Windows 10/11 desktops. Experience with a Service Management platform. Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory basics
