DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT AI Organisations – You will understand the critical role of the data value chain and the importance of strong data and technology foundations in building effective AI operating models. You will plan and oversee programmes to design, build, establish and scale cross‑functional data & AI teams, covering the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI products: from use case identification to product development, through‑life management and eventual decommissioning.
DRIVE the adoption of AI – You will develop and implement approaches for organisational change, stakeholder engagement, user adoption and benefit realisation. Working closely with our change management experts, you will embed these approaches across a range of business functions (not just IT), measuring the benefits of AI and advising on the next steps to maximise the value of AI investments.
DEVELOP the next generation of AI transformation experts – As a leader in our Data & AI Strategy practice, you will play a key role in team development and operations. You will coach and manage our consultants to grow as subject matter experts in AI operating models and transformation, providing day‑to‑day feedback alongside long‑term mentoring. You will lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, personal development, subject‑matter expertise and commitment to high‑quality delivery.
COLLABORATE with business and technology leaders – You will build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and strategic partners, advising on AI strategy implementation, AI operating models and end‑to‑end transformation. Your influence will shape decisions across both IT and business domains, ensuring alignment and impact at the highest levels.
