ABC Teachers is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a day-to-day supply basis in specialist SEN secondary schools across Coventry. These roles support students with Autism (ASC) and social, emotional and behavioural challenges.

* Supporting students in secondary SEN settings with ASC and behavioural needs
* Working 1:1 or in small groups to promote engagement and positive behaviour
* Providing calm, consistent support in the classroom and around the school
* Following behaviour plans and supporting emotional regulation

These roles support students with Autism (ASC) and social, emotional and behavioural challenges in specialist SEN/SEMH settings.
While these roles start as supply, there is a strong likelihood of long-term or ongoing placements for the right candidates.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN Supply Teaching Assistant you will:
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Suitable references
* Must be available to work 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
* Candidates must be able to drive, get lifts, or use taxis
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* 2 years experience in a relevant role
* Candidates must be able to drive, get lifts, or use taxis as schools are not accessible by public transport
