Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a large-scale office move within London. The role involves working within the Operation Readiness team, liaising with IT, Facilities, and Business Change teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in large office relocations, capable of developing detailed plans, managing risks, activities, and budgets. Responsibilities include move planning, FFE installation, snagging, services mobilization, facilities setup, business continuity, licensing, and planning.
Requirements:
* Experience in large-scale office moves or relocations
* Ability to develop and support detailed project plans
* Understanding of project coordination aspects including risk management, finance, and logistics
* EU work permit required
