About You
Proven experience as a Finance Director or as a Financial Controller ready to step up
Strong commercial acumen and operational finance capability
Demonstrated success improving controls, processes, and reporting
Experience implementing or upgrading ERP/finance systems
A proactive, hands‑on leadership style suited to a fast‑evolving environment
