Position Details
* Location: Iver depot (Colnbrook, Berkshire) – traveling across the Waste Network Services catchment
* Job type: Permanent, full‑time
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours
* Salary: £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About The Role
* Responsible for maintenance of the fleet of vehicles (vans to HGVs)
* Mechanical work on hydraulic and high‑pressure jetting systems used in drain and sewer cleaning operations
* Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance and diagnostics on hydraulic components
* Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies, providing on‑site repairs to minimize downtime
* Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and rectify technical issues
* Analyse recurring problems and implement preventive measures
* Stay up-to-date with legislation and industry standards; ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, and best practice regulations
About You
* Hard‑working and respectful, with a strong background in commercial HGV vehicle servicing
* Class B driving licence and fully recognised industry qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent)
* Class C/E or HGV Class 2 driving licence essential
* IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications useful
* Previous water industry experience preferred; hydraulics experience desirable
* Compliance with health and safety standards is mandatory
