We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Strategy Executive to join our team. In this role, youll be instrumental in shaping our commercial success by leveraging data and insights to define where we play and how we win in the market. You will be a key link between our Customer Development, Consumer Experience and Demand Planning teams, translating high:level strategy into tangible trading plans that drive our growth.

Leverage a wide range of data sources (including Nielsen, Kantar, and Profitero) to conduct powerful analysis, uncover key insights, and provide actionable recommendations to the team.

Drive Strategy and Execution:
Collaborate on the creation and flawless execution of our plans across all categories, ensuring our brand presence is exceptional across every omnichannel touchpoint.

Champion Innovation:
Take ownership of the gross pricing strategy for all new product innovations and relaunches, ensuring we have seamless and successful market introductions.

Fuel Revenue Growth:
Partner with our Retail Marketing team to identify and implement opportunities for continuous Revenue Growth Management (RGM), optimising our commercial performance.

Shape Go:to:Market Plans:
Play a vital co:leading role in our innovation gateway process, preparing compelling communications and visualisations to guide our teams to success.

Align Supply with Demand:
Work closely with our demand planning teams in weekly and monthly supply reviews to ensure our forecasts are aligned and our products are always available for our customers.
