These young people have often experienced significant challenges, and your role will be key in helping them re-engage with learning, build trust, and develop the skills they need to succeed-both in and out of the classroom. What You'll Be Doing: Providing 1:1 or 2:1 support in a nurturing, trauma-informed environment. Supporting pupils with EHCPs, particularly in Years 10 and 11, who require consistent, intensive guidance. Facilitating learning and emotional development through structured activities and community-based experiences. Acting as a positive role model, helping pupils build resilience, self-esteem, and social skills. Collaborating with teachers, mentors, and external professionals to ensure holistic support is in place.
