WithYou is a substance misuse service in Lancashire for young people up to the age of 25. We deliver 1:1 and group work, alongside information sessions and drop-in services for young people in the local area. For more information about us and what we do please visit our website.

About the Role
This is a great opportunity to learn more about providing support, information, training, education and guidance to young people, as well as working to improve access to appropriate services. You will be working in partnership with the local authority and will work between We Are With You offices and the local authority offices, therefore a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00. This position is fixed term until 31/03/2026. We offer a salary of £20,000 - £23,809.50 per annum.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Commitment to complete a Level 3 Substance Misuse qualification within 6 months of starting the role
* Access to a vehicle and a full UK driving licence
* This role is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS and barred lists check
Experience
* The ability to listen, share information and give and receive support and advice
* Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to speak and write clearly
* The ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team, sharing your skills, knowledge and experience
* An interest in working with young people and substance misuse
* Good organisational skills to manage your time effectively while prioritising workload
* Ability to record and maintain accurate case details in a timely manner
* Good IT skills, including familiarity with different packages and digital media
