Our Client is seeking a Power System Studies Engineer to support onshore projects for an initial 12 month contract role that has an immediate start. EXPERIENCE: Experience as a Power Systems Studies Engineer within the oil and gas industry, including onshore projects Ideally experience working on Aramco-related projects Working knowledge of ETAP and EMT software (intermediate level) Delivered power system studies across project lifecycles, including captive power generation (with and without grid connection) JOB SCOPE: Power System Studies included: Equipment sizing Load flow analysis Short circuit studies Motor starting and dynamic simulation Harmonic analysis Arc flash studies Transient stability assessments Responsibilities: Execution of power system studies using industry-standard tools, including EMT software Coordination and oversight of third-party engineering vendors Delivery of study outputs to support engineering design and project decision-making DURATION: 6-12 months LOCATION : The role will be based on 4 days a week in our Clients Offices in Surrey. and one day remote. xxuwjjq RATE : £65.00 per hourLtd co rate If the role is Likely to be outside of IR35 the final decision will only be made after a QDOS assessment.
