Production Engineer required for an Electro-Mechanical manufacturing company in High Wycombe.
This is a permanent role, onsite 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
NPI - implementation of new products and modifications.
Design and production of jigs and fixtures and tooling.
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation.
Provide support for improvements to production machinery and manufacturing equipment.
Assist with sourcing and installation of new production equipment.
Identify areas for cost-savings, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Investigate and resolve production quality issues within the manufacturing area.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or Production Engineer - ideally related to the assembly of electro-mechanical products.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling design.
Plus experience in cost optimisation and identifying efficiencies.
