In this newly created exciting opportunity as Process Engineering Lead, you will gain the opportunity to take on a high‑profile client‑facing role, shaping, developing and implementing technical excellence, influencing best practices, and playing a pivotal role in delivering sustainable water solutions.
Your remit will include
* Provide technical leadership, advice and support to resolve issues and overcome obstacles across projects.
* Drive innovation by introducing new initiatives, challenging technical solutions, maximising Client value.
* Lead multi‑disciplined teams delivering excellence for our clients across all phases of a project lifecycle.
* Lead and optimise process engineering delivery across the Framework programme.
* Foster and continuously develop a partnership working relationship with our Client and JV partners.
* Mentor, coach and support personal and professional development of colleagues and peers to continuous.
Here’s what you’ll need
* A progressive career leading multi-disciplinary Design teams within the water sector.
* Demonstrable track record in the development, engineering and delivery of innovative complex solutions.
* Chartered Ceng/IChem.
* Able to work effectively with stakeholders across all functional disciplines, skills and areas of expertise.
* Comfortable building professional relationships while fostering an inclusive environment.
* Excellent organisational and proactive planning skills, abilities, comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams and meetings.
* Innovative and technical excellence mindset – committed to continuous improvement and team personal and professional development.
