Reactive maintenance manager

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading maintenance services provider based in Coulsdon. Were seeking an experienced Reactive Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations.

In this role, youll lead a high-performing teamincluding helpdesk staff, in-house engineers, and approved subcontractors to deliver both reactive and planned maintenance to the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage helpdesk staff, engineers, and subcontractorsensuring strong performance and team development
* Respond swiftly and effectively to urgent maintenance issues, meeting tight SLAs
* Oversee scheduling and execution of planned maintenance, with accurate reporting
* Monitor and control maintenance budgets while maintaining exceptional service quality
* Ensure all work complies with current health and safety regulations and audit standards
* Act as a key client liaisonresolving issues and providing updates with professionalism

To be successful, you will have:

1. Minimum 5 years experience in a senior maintenance role, with strong exposure to both reactive and planned maintenance
