Pay Rate – £15ph
Are you immediately available and looking to gain some further experience in a Lab Setting? Do you have prior experience in Lab Support/Technician duties?
A Laboratory Incubator Space in Canary Wharf, London, is currently seeking a Lab Technician to join them immediately on an initially temporary basis, with the possibility of the position becoming permanent. The Laboratory space houses multiple tenants across various Labs; your responsibilities will ensure the smooth operation of these Labs.
Role Overview
* Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Monday- Friday 8AM-5:30, starting w/c 08/09/25
* Oversee maintenance and refilling of liquid nitrogen and gas cylinders
* Ordering and storage of consumables
* Maintenance of Water Purification System
* Support Tenants of the Laboratories and act as an intermediary to facilitate external support (i.e., from maintenance engineers)
* Oversee and maintain adherence to Health and Safety requirements
To Be Considered
* You must be available to begin immediately in Canary Wharf, London
* Prior experience in a similar Lab Technician or Lab Support Role
* Experience handling Liquid Nitrogen and Gas Cylinders
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Manual Handling capability
