Job Title: Mobile Vehicle Mechanic Location: Swindon Salary: £38,625 Bonus (OTE £48,000) Company Van Hours: Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays. 40-hours per week Ref: 27919 We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Vehicle Mechanic to join our client’s main site in Swindon. The successful Mobile Vehicle Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models. This position requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex problems. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues. Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used. Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.Mobile Vehicle Mechanic Requirements: We ideally want Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair however we would consider Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Open to equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds Vehicle Maintenance, IMI or NVQ. Must be able to show your qualifications. Minimum 3 years experience within the vehicle workshop or working as a Mobile Vehicle Mechanic. A full UK driving licence - no more than 6 points or bans on the licence.
