Production Technician
Location: Telford
Salary: Starting salary of A GBP 35,115 per annum (rising to A GBP 43,486 once key competency levels are achieved)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off : 12:hour rotating shifts (Days and Nights, including weekends)

This role is ideal for an experienced Production Technician who enjoys being technically hands:on : operating machinery, adjusting parameters, optimising performance, and driving continuous improvement on fastAEUR'moving production lines.
Please note: This is a 2:stage interview process, with the first stage consisting of a numeracy and literacy assessment on site in Telford, Shropshire.

The role:
* Operate and maintain fully automated machinery
* Own your production line, ensuring performance, quality and efficiency
* Set up equipment, adjust parameters, and optimise output
* Diagnose faults and minimise downtime
* Support continuous improvement initiatives
* Follow SOPs for start:ups, shutdowns, changeovers, and quality checks
What Were Looking for:
* Experience with production machinery and machine settings
* Strong technical and fault:finding skills
* Comfortable in a fast:paced manufacturing environment
* Proactive, team:focused, and flexible
* FMCG/food/manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential
