What's the job role?
Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analysing financial statements and reports, handling statutory accounts and tax returns, managing VAT & CIS returns, collaborating with teams for smooth financial operations, and occasionally traveling to client sites.
The Ideal Candidate
Looking for candidates with experience in preparing management or statutory accounts, strong client-facing and communication skills, a proactive and independent work style, excellent organisational abilities, adaptability, a sense of humour to fit the team's fun-loving culture, and familiarity with cloud-based accountancy software would be an advantage. Minimum AAT Level 3 qualified or part-qual CIMA/ACCA with 2+ years of industry experience.

Compensation: Salary range: £26K – £36K (pro rata for part time), dependent on qualifications and experience. We also offer additional pay through an annual bonus.
Hours: We believe the right candidate is more important than the hours they can do. Full time is 35 hours usually 8am-4pm (Mon-Thur) and 8am-2pm (Fri) or 9am – 5pm (Mon-Thur) and 9am – 3pm (Fri) Part-time (Min 25 hours per week) – Actual hours can be discussed at interview.

Work Location: Bidford-on-Avon, B50 4AF. Candidates must be able to commute. After a successful probation staff may work from home 1 day per week.
