Company Overview: We are a growing business specializing in ecommerce website security and ongoing maintenance. Role Overview We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to act as the first point of contact for our clients. This role does not require technical experience but does require strong communication skills, confidence in using Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software such as ticketing and customer management systems. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, coordinate support requests, and ensure clients receive professional and timely assistance while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Respond to Customer Inquiries : Manage customer inquiries via email, ticketing systems, and live chat. Log and Track Support Requests : Ensure all customer support requests are accurately logged, tracked, and updated. Communicate with Technical Team : Clearly communicate customer issues to the technical team for resolution. Follow-up with Clients : Ensure clients are contacted and confirm that issues have been resolved. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests. Administrative Support : Assist with general administrative tasks related to customer support. Learning and Using Internal Systems : Learn and use internal systems, tools, and workflows effectively. Meet Company Standards : Uphold professionalism, response times, and customer satisfaction standards. Required Skills and Experience Previous Experience : Experience in customer service or an administrative role is preferred. Microsoft Office : Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized. Software Learning : Ability to quickly learn new software and processes. Remote Work Comfort : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. Professionalism : Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Additional Requirements Age : Must be 18 years of age or over. Internet Connection : Must have a stable and reliable internet connection suitable for remote work. Non-Disclosure Agreement : Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement due to the sensitive nature of client data and websites. Desirable but Not Essential Ticketing Systems or CRM Software : Experience with ticketing systems or CRM software is a plus. Ecommerce Familiarity : Knowledge of ecommerce businesses or online services is advantageous. Remote Customer Support : Previous experience in remote customer support is beneficial.
