Role Overview We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to act as the first point of contact for our clients. This role does not require technical experience but does require strong communication skills, confidence in using Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software such as ticketing and customer management systems. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, coordinate support requests, and ensure clients receive professional and timely assistance while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Respond to Customer Inquiries : Manage customer inquiries via email, ticketing systems, and live chat. Log and Track Support Requests : Ensure all customer support requests are accurately logged, tracked, and updated. Communicate with Technical Team : Clearly communicate customer issues to the technical team for resolution. Follow-up with Clients : Ensure clients are contacted and confirm that issues have been resolved. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests. Administrative Support : Assist with general administrative tasks related to customer support. Learning and Using Internal Systems : Learn and use internal systems, tools, and workflows effectively. Required Skills and Experience Previous Experience : Experience in customer service or an administrative role is preferred. Microsoft Office : Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized. Software Learning : Ability to quickly learn new software and processes.
