A highly regarded specialist residential conveyancing practice is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer (3+ PQE) to join its close-knit team in Camberley

The Role:
You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
* First-time buyers
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* Transactions up to approximately £2m
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
* Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or fully regulated CILEX professional
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Comfortable managing files independently
* Looking for a long-term opportunity within a smaller, supportive team
Working Arrangements:
* Office-based in Camberley
* Hybrid working available (up to 2 days from home following onboarding)
* First 3 months office-based
* Genuine work-life balance with standard working hours and minimal late working
