About the Position
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media for our shows.
This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying impactful moments from podcasts, using AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that can change lives.
You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-driven content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging content that motivates and enhances our brand. A deep understanding of content culture—what resonates, gets shared, and earns attention—is crucial.
Responsibilities
* Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to boost podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth.
* Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast’s tone and style.
* YouTube growth & optimization: Grow podcast YouTube channels by optimizing content, creating attractive titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
* AI content creation and curation: Create and manage high-quality visual content using AI tools, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
* Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content across YouTube and social channels aligned with marketing plans and partner needs.
* Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI to craft inspiring, thoughtful copy that reflects each podcast’s values and maintains a consistent tone.
* Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
* Performance tracking and reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies based on insights.
Skills & Experience
* Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, increasing views and engagement.
* Strong understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and key metrics, with good analytical skills.
* Video editing skills with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus experience with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
* Experience in graphic design and creating engaging visual content like thumbnails and carousels.
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, test-and-learn attitude.
* Flexible and adaptable to shifting deadlines and content priorities.
