Lookers VWG Skoda is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team, This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team within a well-established dealership, working closely with our experienced administrators and sales executives.
About the Role:This is more than just a typical Sales Administrator position. You will report directly to our knowledgeable Dealership Accountant Kasim Fida, gaining hands-on experience and valuable mentorship from one of the best in the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately add newly purchased vehicles to stock records
* Maintain and update vehicle stock records
* Ensure all vehicle documents (V5s, MOT history, service records) are complete, accurate, and securely filed
* Tax all sold vehicles in advance of delivery
* Promptly create accurate sales invoices, aligned with customer order forms
* Verify documentation and payment before vehicle release to customers
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience using Kerridge is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided
