Your typical day as a Customer Service Installations Coordinator:
* Receive installation requests/queries via phone, email, website, and webchat from our customers.
* Communicate their needs to our Planning Team.
* Take ownership of referrals from our field-based technicians, raise requests on our bespoke systems accurately, and manage jobs in process.
* Liaise with key stakeholders including customer service colleagues and customers to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
* Ensure exceptional service with every interaction.
You already have:
* Ideally, a background in office-based customer service, call centre, contact centre, high-volume call handling, or similar.
* Confidence in communication and ability to form positive working relationships with technicians and customers.
* Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail, being organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask or work independently with a structured approach.
* Proven experience as a team player eager to succeed.
* The ability to support colleagues and juggle priorities to achieve team and personal goals.
* The ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Preferable: An understanding of the hospitality/licensed trade would be an advantage but is not essential.
* Experience in CRM systems.
