Portfolio Payroll are supporting a prestigious client in York, seeking a Payroll Manager to join them on a 6 month temporary basis.
The role offers lots of flexibility, being 1-2 days in the office each week, and can be flex surrounding start and finish times.
This role can be done on an hourly or daily rate basis, equivalent of £48,000.
Key duties of the role include;
Processing end to end payroll for up to 1000 employees across 3 payrolls
Oversight of the existing payroll team, providing support with any difficult queries and within the team
Being involved in the current transformation of the wider business
Working closely with HR and Reward function
Pensions & Auto-enrolment
TUPE transfers
