Reporting to UK MD as the UK Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth, elevating brand visibility, and positioning Brigade as the go-to choice for commercial vehicles across fleet, construction, and other key sectors. You will lead a small marketing team and work closely with UK sales, product management, external agencies, and Group marketing to deliver campaigns and initiatives that generate measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Planning
* Lead the UK marketing team to develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, sales targets, regulations, and industry trends.
* Own the UK marketing plan and budget, ensuring activity is data-driven and ROI-focused.
* Position Brigade as a thought leader through targeted campaigns and content.
Campaign Management
* Plan and run multi-channel lead generation campaigns including events, paid media, SEO, CRM, and traditional advertising.
* Collaborate with sales to develop account-based marketing programmes for high-value prospects.
* Track and optimise campaign performance to maximise pipeline contribution.
Content & Brand
* Work with Group marketing to create thought leadership assets, including whitepapers, case studies, videos, and sales enablement tools.
* Translate complex product propositions into clear, benefits-led messaging.
* Ensure all marketing materials align with brand tone, regulatory standards, and market positioning.
Events & Partnerships
* Plan and deliver industry events and exhibitions to generate qualified leads and strengthen Brigade’s brand presence.
* Manage relationships with key partners, the press, and industry bodies.
* Develop incentive programmes in partnership with sales to drive UK business growth.
About You
* Experienced in B2B marketing, ideally within automotive safety, telematics, logistics, or construction sectors.
* Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and campaign optimisation.
* Experience in PR, event planning, and execution.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, and display advertising.
* Understanding of traditional advertising including print, OOH, and radio.
* Skilled with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meltwater.
* Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution skills.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable influencing stakeholders across functions.
* Experience in fleet management or vehicle telematics.
* Familiarity with UK transport regulations, logistics trends, and connected vehicle technology.
* Experience in managing a team.
* CIM or equivalent marketing qualification preferred
