We are currently seeking a passionate, resilient, and imaginative Art Teacher to join our team and help students express themselves, build confidence, and discover their creative potential. ️ Your Role as an Art Teacher: You will: Deliver engaging, hands-on, and differentiated Art lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with SEMH needs. Use a variety of media and techniques to inspire creativity and self-expression. Build strong, trusting relationships with students to support both academic progress and emotional development. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a safe, structured, and inspiring learning environment. Contribute to curriculum planning and enrichment activities that promote creativity, independence, and personal growth. ✅ What We're Looking For: A degree in Art, Fine Art, Art & Design, or a related subject. QTS is preferred, but we welcome applications from experienced artists or creative professionals with a passion for working with young people. Experience or interest in working with students with SEMH needs. A calm, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching and behaviour management.
