What You Will Be Doing
As an Events Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of every event. From coordinating exhibitor requirements to collaborating with internal teams, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Communication is Key: Serve as the main point of contact for exhibitors, clients, and internal teams, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
* Exceeding Expectations: Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding exhibitors through every step of the process.
* Attention to Detail: Keep all event-related information accurate, up to date, and accessible.
* Managing Finances: Handle invoicing, quotations, and payments, ensuring financial processes stay on track.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to bring events to life without a hitch.

* Experience: A strong background in event coordination, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Organisational Skills: A natural organiser who thrives on keeping everything in order.

* Tech-Savvy: Confident using event management software, client portals, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Financial Acumen: Comfortable handling quotes, payments, and invoices with accuracy and care.
