Alan Stevenson House is recruiting a Sous Chef to join its kitchen team at Hynish on the Isle of Tiree.
The role
* Supporting the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen.
* Preparing and cooking food to a consistent standard across service.
* Assisting with menu preparation and kitchen organisation.
* Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
* Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
* Supporting stock control and kitchen operations as required.
Working pattern
35 to 40 hours per week.
Seasonal role with the potential to become permanent.
Based at Hynish on the Isle of Tiree.
