With theme parks nearby and endless opportunities for fun, we’re looking for someone just like you to help them feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive in this vibrant, high‑energy environment.
🕒 What You’ll Do
* Provide high‑quality care and emotional support to children in a safe, nurturing environment.
* Help shape brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience.
* Work as part of a dedicated team, from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday — offering structure, support, and a healthy work‑life balance.
💰 What You’ll Earn
* Annual salary: £34,000 – £36,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
* Boost your income: with enhanced overtime rates and opportunities for additional shifts.
✅ What You’ll Need
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Level 3 qualification in Child Care.
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in children’s residential care.
* Must be 21+ and have the right to work in the UK (we’re unable to offer sponsorship).

Wisteria is a Four bedroom children’s home, offering crisis intervention and trauma‑informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality residential care, as well as taking part in recreational activities tailored to the child’s interests e.g. cinema, swimming and sports, etc.
