Logistics Administrator
Location: Uxbridge
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30am to 5pm. 1 hour unpaid lunch.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
We are looking for an organised and reliable Logistics Administrator to join our team. This role is key in keeping our clients operations running smoothly and ensuring that the clients customers are receive the support they need through ordering and renting their products.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Tracks orders to ensure timely deliveries for customers
* Performs various duties such as filing documents, tracking orders, liaising and working with clients and suppliers, and entering data into specialised software
* Maintaining accurate information across our in-house systems
* Prepares shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
* Reviews purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
What we are looking for
You do not need formal qualifications for this role, but the following skills are essential:
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Ability to write clear and professional emails
* Good general computer literacy
* Strong time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
