Were currently recruiting for a Logistics Operations Manager to supportour Leeds Depot (WF6 1RY) on a permanent, full time basis. As a Logistics Operations Manager you will be responsible for working cross functionally to foster a culture of excellence. Your role will be integral to the success and growth of our logistics operations.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
Logistics Operations Manager Key Responsibilities:
Develop a culture of aspiration and excellence to enable the site to deliver the OGSM.
Embed Mller Excellence and deliver high performance through PMS principles and KPI management.
Collaboratively work with cross-functional teams and maintain industry relationships to maximize performance and identify synergies.
Support preparation of annual budget following GO principles and monitor significant deviations.
Lead change and projects effectively through high-level problem-solving and facilitation skills.
Create a culture that enables the team to deliver OE opportunities, improving processes, customer service, and best practices.
Drive volume growth and manage function cost centre.
Responsible for contingency planning and incident control.
Demonstrate health and safety leadership and commitment through embedding the Mller safety culture.
Accountable for process confirmation, legal, and audit compliance.
Exhibit strong leadership through coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
Manage people, including performance reviews, development, coaching, and employee relations.
Create succession pathways to enable potential and growth within the organization.
Promote and instil MMI Distribution behaviours across all levels of the function.
Qualified DTAS auditor.
Drive a best-in-class service model by addressing adverse impacts to customer service.
Logistics Operations Manager Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Warehouse operational experience (required)
Warehouse / Transport operational start up (required)
CPC National holder (Transport only).
Experience in accident/incident investigation.
Strong problem-solving capability and facilitation skills.
Commercially focused with a drive for volume growth.
Demonstrated leadership capability through coaching, mentoring, and people management.
Qualified DTAS auditor (desirable)
