The Role
A highly rated law firm is looking to appoint a skilled Private Client Lawyer to come in deal with a varied caseload of private client matters. As the appointed Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will be joining a team which covers the broad remit of private client including wills, complex tax planning, powers of attorney, Court of Protection, estate administration and trusts. Advising a diverse client base, you will be dealing with high net worth, vulnerable and elderly clients. In addition to fee earning you will also be expected to contribute to the development of junior team members.
The Candidate
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executives will have at least 12 months PQE in covering the broad remit of private client work. You will be knowledgeable across a range of private client work and be willing to develop your experience and skills within a highly regarded team.
