Key Responsibilities:
1. Client & Business Development – Manage key accounts, build client relationships, and identify new opportunities.
2. Building Surveys & Condition Assessments – Conduct inspections, identify defects, and provide repair recommendations.
3. Contract Administration – Prepare specifications, schedules of works, and procurement documents.
4. Dilapidations & Reinstatement Cost Assessments – Produce reports and negotiate settlements.
5. Project Management – Oversee works to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery.
6. Health & Safety & CDM Compliance – Provide expert guidance on regulations and best practices.
About You:
7. MRICS qualified with experience in private practice.
8. Strong client-facing and business development skills.
9. Ability to manage projects independently from inception to completion.
10. Proficient in AutoCAD, NBS, and Microsoft Office.
11. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
