✨ Creative Classroom Assistant – SEN School (Temp-to-Perm) | Leeds LS8 ✨

Pay: £90 – £105 per day (dependent on experience & qualifications)

Are you a creative, energetic, and compassionate individual looking to make a real difference in children's lives? Do you love glitter, glue sticks, silly songs, and using imagination to transform learning? We're looking for a Creative Classroom Assistant to join a fantastic SEN school in Leeds (LS8), supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs.
Your Mission as a SEN Classroom Assistant:
1. Collaborate with the class teacher to make learning fun, creative, and inclusive.
2. Use your artistic, musical, or theatrical talents to bring the curriculum to life.
3. Build meaningful relationships with students to support their confidence and independence.
4. Keep the classroom organised and engaging (yes, even if that means hunting for missing glue lids!).
5. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a nurturing learning environment.
About You:
6. You're creative, patient, and love working with children.
7. Experience in a SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) setting is a bonus – but not essential.
8. You're confident in adapting activities to suit different learning styles.
9. You're eager to grow – training and support provided.
