Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a finance team of 4 people
Develop finance as a strategic business partner across the organisation
Oversee monthly financial reporting and analysis
Produce annual budgets, forecasts and management accounts for Board presentation
Manage cash flow operations and prepare rolling projections
Develop advanced financial models for investment appraisal
Lead external audit processes and ensure statutory compliance
Manage banking relationships and funding arrangements
Work closely with senior management on strategic initiatives
Drive process improvements and system enhancements across finance operations
Provide financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions
Key Requirements
Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience
Strong commercial background with investment or development experience preferred
Advanced financial modelling and leadership skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Self-motivated, results-focused with strong analytical mindset
Proven team management experience with ability to develop high-performing teams
Strong systems knowledge with ability to enhance financial reporting processes
