Job Description
1. Manage day‑to‑day onsite operations for ground‑up big‑box retail builds.
2. Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and project sequencing.
3. Enforce safety standards, quality expectations, and compliance requirements.
4. Review and interpret drawings, site plans, and construction documents.
5. Track project progress, maintain daily reporting, and support schedule adherence.
6. Communicate regularly with project managers, owners, and inspectors.
7. Lead site meetings and ensure all trades meet project milestones.
8. Oversee inspections, punch lists, and overall site closeout.
9. Travel full‑time to active project sites.

The Successful Applicant
10. 5-10+ years as a Superintendent in ground‑up big‑box retail.
11. Strong ability to manage high‑speed, high‑volume retail construction schedules.
12. Skilled in coordinating multiple trades in a fast‑paced environment.
13. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
14. Ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings.
15. Strong safety mindset and experience enforcing jobsite compliance.
16. Willingness to travel full‑time (long‑term assignments).
17. Stable job history and proven success closing out big‑box projects.
