We have an exciting opportunity for a
permanent part-time Administration Officer
to join our dedicated team within Business Services.
WHAT IS INVOLVED? Working for Business Services at the Education Development Centre, Spennymoor, the post holder will provide professional and efficient administrative support to facilitate the day-to-day running of the Specialist Inclusion Support Service. They will also be part of the wider Business Services administration team undertaking statutory duties to support the SEND and Inclusion service.
A key part of this role involves managing and responding to emails from the service team and key stakeholders, maintaining the data management system, formatting and typing documents, and progressing service referrals.
WHAT WILL I NEED? This is a fast-moving role with plenty of variety. Applicants must be able to work under pressure, plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail. The ability to work quickly, accurately, and methodically through high volumes of work is essential. Applicants should be educated to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area.
