Job Role:
* Seasonal menu development Contribute to designing creative, flavour-driven menus that remain cost-effective.
* Daily kitchen operations Support smooth service by maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
* Inventory & cost control Contribute in managing stock levels, place orders, and help maintain budgets without compromising standards.
* Front-of-house collaboration Work with colleagues to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
* Food safety & allergen compliance Implement and uphold all relevant safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
What you will bring:
* Chef experience Demonstrable background working as a Chef in a professional kitchen.
