The Role
Support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning within the Early Years setting
Lead the class independently during teacher PPA time
Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
Work collaboratively with the class teacher and wider school team
Observe, assess, and contribute to children’s progress and learning journeys
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience working within an Early Years (EYFS) setting
A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development
Experience leading a class or group of children independently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, positive, and flexible approach
A genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development
