We're looking for someone with strong videography skills, which are essential for this role. You must be confident in filming, editing, and producing professional-quality content across various formats, and excited to bring stories to life through video.
We work from co-working spaces in Cheltenham and Gloucester. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home, but attendance is required for in-person content days, events, and client shoots.
Access to a car and being based in Cheltenham is preferred due to client visits and kit transport.
Terms Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (pro-rata for part-time). Please include your expectations when applying.

About The Role We seek a Content Executive capable of delivering high-quality content across formats while keeping the business organized and progressing. Responsibilities include shooting and editing videos, supporting events, managing admin tasks, and contributing to written content such as blogs and newsletters.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Production: Film, edit, and deliver compelling video, photo, and podcast content; set up and manage kit; edit content with graphics, audio, color correction, multi-cam; optimize content for social media and digital platforms; support or lead production on content days; enhance smartphone-shot content; stay updated with tools and best practices.
Content Strategy: Plan and write blogs, articles, and newsletters; support digital marketing strategy; bring creativity and marketing curiosity to content performance.
Social Media & Podcast Management: Manage social media and podcasts.
Admin & Business Support: Coordinate logistics, support admin tasks like proposals and invoicing, organize kit, flag repairs.
Client & Community Engagement: Build relationships with clients, represent AVC at events, enhance brand awareness locally and online, participate in local business and cybersecurity communities.
Core Competencies Required: Strong skills in Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, After Effects; excellent camera skills; knowledge of lighting, framing, visual storytelling; photography skills; camera technical knowledge; excellent writing; organized, proactive, reliable; independent and team worker; curious and adaptable.
Bonus (Not Essential): Experience in a digital agency/start-up/tech company; SEO knowledge; social media management; Canva familiarity; supporting executives or founders.
