Your Key Responsibilities Include:
* Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
* Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
* Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
* Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and areas maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording results as per company procedures
* Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per the cleaning chart
* Following standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
* Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
* Understanding and contributing to the restaurant's goals and targets
* Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed cleanliness, comfort, and convenience expectations, including restocking
* Reporting any work-related incidents or injuries promptly
* Following all safety procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
