Are you a commercially focused Building Surveyor who enjoys owning instructions, dealing with clients, and working on varied, high-quality projects?
🔍 The Role
You’ll be trusted to operate autonomously and commercially, delivering:
🏢 Commercial building surveys
📑 Dilapidations & technical due diligence
🛠️ Refurbishment & fit-out projects
✍️ Contract administration
🤝 Full client-facing responsibility
🎓 Mentoring junior surveyors (APC exposure a bonus)
👤 Who They’re Looking For
✅ MRICS (non-negotiable)
✅ Strong commercial building surveying background
✅ Consultancy experience preferred
✅ Confident, client-facing, commercially aware
✅ Senior or strong Intermediate ready to step up
✅ Based in the North West or happy to commute
✅ Ambition to progress to Associate level
