We are looking for a driven and results-focused Senior PPC Executive to lead the execution and optimisation of multi-channel paid media campaigns.

This role is ideal for an analytical thinker who thrives on turning performance data into clear, scalable actions that drive measurable growth across both e-commerce and B2B accounts.

As a key member of the digital marketing team, you will take full ownership of paid campaign performance, account structure, and optimisation frameworks across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously refining pay-per-click activity to maximise ROI, increase sales, and ensure output is aligned with client business objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paid media specialist who is motivated to influence growth and deliver insight-led performance marketing at scale.


What you'll be doing.

* Developing, managing, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn.
* Translating complex data into actionable insights, ensuring campaigns have clear objectives, structured execution plans, and scalable growth opportunities.
* Identifying emerging trends, performance gaps and optimisation opportunities.
* Implementing and refining tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement.
* Building and maintain robust testing frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborating with internal teams and clients to simplify complex paid media strategies into clear, performance-focused recommendations.
* Maintaining monthly performance dashboards and reporting using Looker Studio.
* Monitoring key performance metrics and proactively flag notable changes or risks to stakeholders.
* Continuously refine internal processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and campaign delivery.
* Provide coaching to other team members, supporting their technical development.
* Management of client spend budget, ensuring it aligns with agreed strategy and targets.


The ideal candidate.

* 3+ years’ paid media experience across both e-commerce and B2B sectors.
* Agency experience, with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.
* Strong analytical mindset, confident working with complex datasets to drive strategic decisions.
* Demonstrable success in account optimisation, restructuring, and performance scaling.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and logical, with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Product feed management and optimisation ensuring accurate, up-to-date information is published across channels at scale.
* Excellent communicator, clear, and confident when presenting to clients.
* Experience mentoring or coaching team members to upskill and elevate performance standards.
* Confident managing client budgets and ensuring spend aligns with agreed strategy and targets.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure PPC strategies align with overall marketing objectives.
