What You'll Be Doing
You'll get real exposure to how a successful recruitment business operates - not just shadowing, but actually contributing from day one. This includes supporting business development and client outreach, assisting with candidate engagement, learning how to manage and build relationships, contributing to lead generation and market research, and sitting in on client calls and meetings to understand how deals are won.
What We're Looking For
Someone hungry to learn and not afraid to pick up the phone. You'll need strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in sales, recruitment, or business. We welcome applications from current students and recent graduates across all degree disciplines.
