Role Overview:
Salary: £28,000 per annum + commission
Hours: 0900 – 1730, Monday to Friday
Location: Holborn, London - fully onsite
Contract: Full Time and Permanent
Role Summary:
The enthusiastic post holder will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service for patients looking to register with us, helping us achieve organisational success and continued growth.
Role Duties:
* Dealing with new patient registrations.
* Liaising with patients via email as well as inbound and outbound calls.
* Booking patients in for their initial consultation.
* Contacting patients interested in registering with the service
* Communicating with patient GP, if necessary, both in sourcing information and responding to queries
Qualification/Experience for Role:
* Extensive experience within a high performing sales or recruitment role desired
* Experience within a customer-facing role within a healthcare setting preferred
* Experience with dealing with customer queries and the ability to help solve queries/issues effectively and efficiently
* Interest or background within medical cannabis preferred
* Strong enthusiasm and motivational skills

Mamedica is a private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications.
We work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so our patients can receive their prescribed medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service.
