ABOUT THE ROLE The Warehouse Team Leader will lead the day-to-day warehouse operation ensuring the efficient and timely collection and delivery of stock to and from the farm site. This role is a great opportunity to work with a huge cross section of people across the business and is a linchpin in our fresh operation, ensuring stores and wholesale customers receive their fresh stock on time. SALARY: 13.95 per hour HOURS: 40 Hours - Full Time RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the safe collection and dispatch of production stock to our third-party warehouse, ensuring it is received as expected. Manage the onward delivery of store, production unit, and kitchen supplies from the third-party warehouse around the Farm site-three times daily-ensuring timely delivery to the correct locations and resolving any queries promptly and efficiently. Complete daily transport manifests to ensure clear and accurate communication with our third-party warehouse. Handle stock transfers and store returns effectively. Maintain strong relationships with all areas of the Farm site to support quick resolution of any operational issues. Keep the site clean and orderly by collecting empty crates and pallets and storing them neatly until needed. Replenish specific pallets from the third-party warehouse as required by production units for dispatch to wholesale customers. Ensure all vehicles used by the warehouse team are kept clean, fueled, and safe, and report any issues immediately. Proven problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Good time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
