Fork Lift Truck/Yard Operative
Shift Times: 3 days per week, 07:00 - 15:30.
Pay Rate: £25,500 pro-rata
Location: Northampton, NN6 8BE

About the role:
We are looking for a motivated Yard Operative / Stock Controller / Fork Truck Driver to join our busy and well-established team. This part-time role (3 days per week, pro-rata) offers the opportunity to work in a hands-on environment, managing stock and supporting day-to-day yard operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
* Pick stock from the yard as required.
* Wrap and protect materials when necessary.
* Update stock records on a computer using Microsoft Excel.
* Report stock levels to the Operations Director.
* Order materials to maintain appropriate stock levels.
* Pack stock ready for collection.
* Coordinate orders and collections with haulage contractors.
Requirements:
* Forklift certification and experience preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Comfortable working in a warehouse/yard environment.
* Basic computer skills, particularly Excel.
